How the Hive journey began

Mandi Ford Argo is the founder of Hive and has a passion for empowering women. She has over 10 years working for mission driven organizations focused on growing startups and entrepreneurial ecosystems. In addition to founding Hive, she is the Director of Tulsa for Venture For America where she supports early career talent accelerate their careers into startup leaders and supports Tulsa-based startups with their DEI and team building strategies. She also has a master’s in executive leadership from The University of Texas at Austin, is a mom to a beautiful toddler and 2 puppies, and wife to an incredibly supportive husband. She’s excited to build this platform inform and empower women to access wealth through crypto.
